The Morocco Offroad Expedition – Deserts and Oasis is the perfect symbiosis between some of the most charismatic icons of the Kingdom of Morocco. Cities like Fez, Chefchaouen and Ait Benhaddou, the Erg Chebbi, the Erg Ouzina and the Erg Chigaga, not forgetting the biggest Moroccan waterfalls, will mark the lives of the participants for the hidden beauty, the hustle and bustle, the aromas, the gastronomy and the magic that feel every pass.

Allied to all this, the passion and pleasure for offroad driving will make the participants feel like real “Dakar” pilots. The sand slopes, dunes and altitude slopes will certainly be memorable and unforgettable moments for all participants.

If we add to this Odyssey the most charming accommodations, carefully selected, for the rest of the adventurers, we will undoubtedly have all the ingredients for a great expedition.

 

September 28: Seville

The city of Seville will be the meeting point for this Adventure.

September 29: Seville > Algeciras > Tangier > Chefchaouen

The first stage will start very early, towards the Ferry that will take us to the Kingdom of Morocco. After overcoming the bureaucracies, we will head to one of the most beautiful Moroccan cities, Chefchaouen, known as the blue city. This will be our first night in African territory.

 

September 30: Chefchaouen > Fez

The second stage, also on the road, and much shorter than the stages ahead, has the Imperial Pearl as its destination! The afternoon will be free to walk around the walls of the famous medina of Fez, distinguished by UNESCO as being of exceptional universal value.

Fez radiates a unique aura. It is the Imperial, the repository of thirteen centuries of Moroccan history. Fez is rich in a prestigious past and holds unexpected surprises.

 

 

October 1: Fez > Merzouga

Let the Adventure begin...

The third stage marks the passage through Ifrane and the visit to the friendly monkeys of the Cedar Forest, but also the beginning of Offroad driving.

We will head south until we reach the Erg Chebbi Dunes.

 

October 2nd: Merzouga > Merzouga

Driving on dunes and overcoming obstacles will be the “focus” for all participants. The painted golden mantle will accompany us throughout the stage!

The stage will be circular, crossing the Erg Chebbi Dunes. Of course, there will be some time left over for a dip in the hotel's pool.

 

October 3: Merzouga > Zagora

We continue along sandy tracks, along the Erg Ouzina, until we reach the town of Zagora!

 

October 4: Zagora > Foum Zguid

The Adventure continues…

The last sand day will be marked by long and intense sand tracks, crossing Lake Iriki and Erg Chigaga. It will be exhausting, but rewarding to finish this stage, with the feeling of “full belly”!

 

October 5: Foum Zguid > Boumalne Dades

After inflating the tires to road pressure, we'll head to Boumalne Dades. This step will be all on tar. Along the way, a stop at the most famous Ksar in the Ounila Valley, Ait Benhaddou, is a must. This Ksar (set of small fortresses) became known worldwide by the series “Game of Thrones”.

Waiting for us are the Gorges of Dadés and the comfort of yet another amazing hotel!

 

October 6: Boumalne Dades > Ozoud

The day starts very early. Ahead, gorges and altitude tracks will be missed, as this will be the last Offroad stage. In the afternoon, the Ozoud Waterfalls will delight you with a good photo or even a dip.

 

October 7: Ozoud > Tangier

Looks like it just started...

We will head north, to the city of Tangier. The stage is mostly on the motorway that will take us to the city of Tangier.

 

October 8: Tangier > Europe

We will catch the Ferry in the morning and head home. Along the way, little by little, the farewells to this Adventure will begin!
